2010 brought significant changes to real estate law and is it critical that you understand and follow the new laws.  These laws impact your family selection committee, family partner committee, and everyone involved in the closing, mortgage collections and the foreclosure processes. 

HFH-NYS has scheduled a “Home Sellers Symposium” on August 7th at Broome Community College to educate affiliates about the laws and what needs to be done to keep your affiliate’s operations legal.
