National Low Income Housing Coalition

This advocacy organization reports on all pending legislation related to low income housing and provides critical findings related to the needs and benefits of housing for low income families.

The Center for Community Change

The Center's purpose is to help establish and develop community  organizations across the country, bring attention to major national issues related to poverty, and help insure that government programs are responsive to community needs.  They are the expert on the establishment of Housing Trust funds.
